Yoga is very complementary to sliding sports such as skiing or snowboarding. Practicing yoga regularly helps the body to be more flexible, more solid and better prepared for sport, but above all to better absorb shocks and prevent injuries.
the courses are composed as follows: pranayama (breathing)
Asanas (sequence of postures punctuated by breathing).
Focused on people with respect, non-violence and non-judgment, we share the culture of well-being by making yoga accessible to all.

Claire has validated more than 500 hours of training in India in Bagsu and Mysore in Ashtanga and Vinyasa Flow where she obtained her international Yoga Alliance certification.
